Hatha Class - 60 minutes
WED OCT 22, 12 - 1 PM MDT

Join Rachel for an all-levels 60 minute hatha class. You can expect clear alignment, smart sequencing, clear modifications, and a nice mix of spice and restoration. Bring two blocks, a strap, and (if possible), have access to place the short end of your mat at a clear wall space.

Meditation and/or pranayama often included.
