Hatha Class

Join Rachel for an all-levels hatha class. You can expect clear alignment, smart sequencing, clear modifications, and a nice mix of spice and restoration. Bring two blocks, a strap, and (if possible), have access to place the short end of your mat at a clear wall space.

Meditation and/or pranayama often included.

Flow Class

Join Rachel for a juicy all-levels flow class. Includes sun salutations, movement with breath, and may incorporate some fun and fiery poses (modifications always offered). While it's useful to have some knowledge of postures in advance, all levels welcome if you're ready to go for the ride. Recommend that you have two blocks, a strap, and ideally access to a wall space where you may place the short end of you mat.

A bite-sized yoga practice for a busy life. This quickie classes are the perfect break for your day and a way to give your body a internal love shower. Flowy, yummy, stretchy.

End of the Year Heartful By Donation Class

Join Rachel for an end of the year, heartful and intentional well-rounded 90 minute class. With juicy amounts of time, we'll have time for pranayama, meditation, and a well-rounded flow. This will be a beautiful space to release 2023 and open to the intentions for 2024.

All proceeds will go to a local charity here in Colorado Springs.
