Hatha Class

Join Rachel for an all-levels hatha class. You can expect clear alignment, smart sequencing, clear modifications, and a nice mix of spice and restoration. Bring two blocks, a strap, and (if possible), have access to place the short end of your mat at a clear wall space.

Meditation and/or pranayama often included.
